We work with Waste Ninja to compost parts of our food waste and try our very best to recycle properly.

We have a solar system installed on our office and central kitchen.

By the end of this month we will introduce pasta straws instead of paper straws and change our take away cups to PAK360 bamboo coffee cups in April. They are 100% compostable, renewable and tree free. We do not use plastic cutlery and supply only sustainable take away items to our customers. We do not sell any packaged drinks or water bottles in any of our cafés. We also provide Ceramic Keepcups for purchase made from recycled clay.
